Booking with Special Requests
When making a reservation, specify your needs in the “Special Requests” section of the Livery Coach booking tool or in the “Your Message” area of our contact form. You may also call 866.323.2378 (BEST) to discuss your requirements directly.
If you’re bringing assistive devices—especially large items like foldable wheelchairs—please provide dimensions so we can ensure proper accommodation. (Note: rigid-frame wheelchairs typically cannot be transported in our Luxury Sedans.)
For the best experience, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
